These week long retreats are an opportunity for you 
to immerse in all things yoga with 
like minded women.
 

A typical day on retreat starts with

morning yoga,

chanting and meditation,

healthy nutritious meals,

a massage if you wish,

time to relax by the pool or beach

or go out and explore the surroundings.

Afternoon session include

yin’storative classes,

breathing practices,

meditation,

yoga nidra sessions,

and sound bath healing.

Some experience in yoga is required to attend the week long retreats.
