  • What outcomes do you wish to achieve for participants?

  • How many participants can you comfortably handle?

  • How many days do you feel comfortable with?

CHOOSE THE LOCATION

  • Research and select a location that aligns with your retreat's purpose (e.g., beach, mountains, forest location),

  • Consider renting a villa (AirBnB), or choose a resort/location that accommodates yoga retreats,

  • Go through online platforms, yoga communities, and read recent reviews,

  • When negotiating, ask if they offer discounts or complimentary stays for organizers; emphasize the potential for future bookings,

  • Red flags to watch for include slow response times, lack of clarity in pricing and policies, and unprofessional communication.
