    Also, Yoga Rhyth’OM’s weekend retreats are beginner friendly.

  • Some level of proficiency is needed to attend one of Yoga Rhyth’OM’s overseas/weeklong retreats, however the weekend retreats are suitable for all levels.

  • Comfortable clothing that is breathable and light and you can move freely without restrictions.

  • Yin / Restorative:Slow, gentle, and deeply nourishing.

    Ashtanga Vinyasa / Functional Flow:** Strong, flowing, and energising - some experience is needed for these classes

    Retreats & Workshops: A blend of practices with space to pause and connect. Check out the descriptions to work out if suitable for you.

  • Let me know beforehand so we can work out which class will be suitable. And if you’re unsure, check with your health professional first.

  • Even once a week can make a big difference. What matters most is consistency and creating a rhythm that supports your life.

  • A warm welcome, clear guidance, and time to relax. There’s no pressure to “keep up” — you’ll move and rest at your own pace.

  • Yes, bookings are recommended as spaces are limited. You can reserve your spot easily online.

  • Completely. Many people feel the same. My classes are designed to be welcoming, inclusive, and supportive — so you’ll feel at ease in no time.

  • Absolutely. Yoga is for every BODY. Flexibility comes in time; what matters is listening to your body and moving at your own pace.

  • Just yourself and a water bottle. Mats and props are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payments received by Yoga Rhyth’OM of any kind for any classes, events or retreats is non-refundable. Yoga Rhyth’OM reserves the right to cancel classes, events or retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, or for reasons outside of our control. In the unfortunate event we must cancel classes, event or retreats we will notify you as soon as possible and any fees paid will be fully refunded. Yoga Rhyth’OM is not accountable for any expenses incurred in preparation for retreats such as airline tickets, visa fees and/or any other costs associated with preparation for the retreat.

Yoga Rhyth’OM is committed to ensuring all services provided to you are done so with due care and skill. It is strongly recommended to receive medical clearance prior to taking on any new physical activity and seek professional advice of any injury or discomfort you have to your body.

In regard to attending any events or retreats, to the fullest extent permitted by law, when you attend you release Yoga Rhyth’OM from any liability to you for any loss, theft or damage to baggage or property or for any accidents, injury, illness or death. When monies have been paid you agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, actions, demands, claims, suits, causes of action, proceedings, costs and expenses of any kind that may arise from or be related to your travel arrangement. Attending any classes, events or retreats facilitated by Yoga Rhyth’OM you do so at your own expense and risk.
